The Holly Management System includes several pre-defined reports which are based on information collected by the Holly Log Manager. This section of the document provides a guide to using these reports.
Date formats in the HMS are defined in Holly Configuration under Holly HMS Page Server. Please refer to the Holly Voice Platform Reference Manual for further information.
The Holly Management System takes its time and date from the local PC. If the local PC system date is incorrect or differs from the database server, the default date range that is displayed on launching the HMS reporting pages will need to be modified.
