6 May 2008 Holly Connects Relocates Global Headquarters Holly Connects, a leader in open voice self-service platform software, today announced relocation of its global headquarters to Boston, Massachusetts, in conjunction with the appointments of Steven Orleow as Chief Financial Officer and Rob Kassel as Vice President of Marketing and Product. In addition, Lance Berks, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Holly Connects, has relocated to the new Boston office. Together these changes will allow Holly to more effectively serve its expanding roster of customers in North America and Europe.

Holly is well known for our exceptional commitment to customers, even if that meant traveling halfway around the world,” said Mr. Berks. “Relocating our headquarters to Boston is an essential element of our growth strategy that will allow Holly to respond more quickly and efficiently to customer needs.” Holly offices in Sydney, Australia, will continue as a hub for product development plus regional sales and service.

Mr. Orleow brings to Holly extensive experience operating international software companies. He has served as an Executive Director at Striata Australia, a leader in global electronic document delivery systems, and as Partner Development Manager at Sage Business Solutions, a global business software provider. Through his co-founding of venture capital firm TribeOne Capital, Mr. Orleow developed a keen understanding of private equity investment that will guide Holly’s expansion plans.

“Steven has the skills needed to help take Holly to the next level,” said Mr. Berks. “He has an impressive record building business value.”

Dr. Kassel joins Holly from Nuance Communications, where as Senior Manager he oversaw an industry-leading product portfolio integrating technology obtained through multiple corporate acquisitions. An expert with over twenty-five years experience in speech technology and its applications in call processing, Dr. Kassel has helped drive the widespread adoption of open call processing platforms.
